Good Ejaculation And Still Impotent? Find your Solution Now!
Ejaculation
is in the limelight more than ever, the strength, intensity and even the volume
of ejaculate may seem a trivial topic but it is a pressing concern for many men
and their enjoyment of sex and self-confidence. Besides, every man surely wants
bigger, more powerful and more potent climaxes to impress in every sexual
situation not just for his own personal satisfaction but for his partners.
Technically
speaking, the male climax works in the following way; during sexual
stimulation, semen builds up in the ejaculatory ducts. The male orgasm occurs
just at the peak of sexual pleasure, after the various muscles contract
together. Contractions of the pubococcygeus muscles (pc muscle) happen with
contractions of the anal sphincter, the rectum, the ejaculatory ducts and
muscles around the penis and the perineum. These muscles as they contract
deliver the load of semen. The early few contractions are very strong and
follow one after the other; these occur at about 0.8 second intervals. As the
orgasm continues, the contractions slowly dissipate and become less intense and
less frequent.
Factors
Dependent On Ejaculation:
The
amount of ejaculate is deemed important and is dependent on various factors.
Diet, overall health, age and how often sexual activity takes place all
contribute to the exact amount of ejaculate a man can produce. Ejaculate
contains not only sperm but also a vast amount of ingredients; Ascorbic acid
(Vitamin C) Chlorine, Calcium, Cholesterol, Choline, Citric acid, Creatine,
Purine, Potassium, Pryimidine, Sodium, Pyruvic acid, Sorbitol, Vitamin B12 and
Zinc.
However,
it only contains these components in a relatively small degree. An average
amount of ejaculate released by most men is between 1.5ml and 5ml, the
remaining amount of ejaculate volume is just fluid from the prostate and
seminal vesicles. Ejaculate in a healthy man is usually transparent in
appearance, white or grey colored. Men who have undergone a vasectomy will have
even more transparent looking semen.
Semen
and Potency:
No
man's semen will look exactly identical and healthy semen will have different
textures and appearances but it is considered that men that possess very white,
thick ejaculate are healthier and therefore considered more potent.
If
a man experiences a rapid decrease in ejaculate volume and male potency, it can
sometimes be caused by a blockage in one of the ejaculatory ducts. This can be
confirmed by an ultrasound scan. Other possible reasons could be retrograde
ejaculation (a fairly rare condition whereby the semen is directed into the
bladder instead of going out through the urethra during ejaculation) or chronic
infection of the prostate (prostatitis) if the amount, texture and appearance
of ejaculate are causing concern, semen testing by a qualified doctor can
establish any problem.
Even
if there is nothing physically wrong with the man or his ejaculate, he can
still feel inadequate or displeased with orgasms achieved or lack of, his
ejaculate and fertility.
Conclusion:
Not
every ejaculation has healthy sperms or in other words, not every ejaculation
leads to pregnancy. If there is consistent failure in conceiving a child
despite of every treatment, then IVF is the last option recommended.
